SeaeScape is Open all year, during the main season the Penthouse Apartment is let on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday.

For Apartment guests only, the full balance is required to be paid 8 weeks prior to your holiday commencing and is non refundable.
For bookings made within 8 weeks of your holiday commencing, the full payment will be required at the time of booking.
We advise that Guests take out holiday insurance.

SeaeScape is the self catering penthouse apartment of Mariners in Seaton, Devon, a welcoming ten bedroom B&B.
Mariners B&B has many of the facilities of a small hotel with Off road private car parking at the rear for guests, Wi-Fi Access and a Licensed Honesty Bar.
Seaton is a traditional Devon seaside town in the midst of an area of outstanding natural beauty midway between Lyme Regis and Sidmouth.
The mile long pebble beach is gently sloping and safe to swim from, with the pebbles being small to medium in size. At the top of the beach and over the road from the apartment, is the Esplanade, a flat paved walk 1,160 metres in length stretching from Axmouth Harbour at the eastern end of the bay to the Chine, near Seaton Hole towards the western end.
